Registration payments less a processing fee of 30 Euro will be refunded if written cancellation is received by K2 Conference and Event Management before June 1, 2010. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after June 1, 2010.
All documents including the registration package (congress bag, name badge, invitations) will be handed out to the registered participants at the registration desks during the congress.
