CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
 
Deadline for submission of abstracts : July 1, 2010  

All participants are invited to submit abstracts of scientific communications that will be peer-reviewed for their possible acceptance. Letters of acceptance will be sent by July, 2010.

Abstracts can only be submitted electronically through the online system which is avaliable on this website. Note that abstracts can not be submitted by fax or post. Authors will be guided automatically through the system when submitting the abstract. Please also note that the Scientific Committee reserves the right to select and finalize the entire program.

Guidelines for abstract submission
Please note that the abstract will not be accepted unless the presenting author is registered. You will only be given a confirmation after completing your registration. Please preserve it until the congress. Please read the “Instructions for Authors“ below for submission guidelines. In the event that you can not submit your abstract online, please contact the Organising Secretariat by e-mail. (eafps2010@k2-events.com)

Instructions for abstract submission
Abstracts should be submitted in English and be a maximum of 250 words.

Notification for Abstract Status
Abstracts will be peer-reviewed for their possible acceptance. Some selected abstracts will be invited to be presented as oral communications. The preference of oral and poster presentation should be indicated by applicants on the abstract submission form. The final desicion on the format of presentation, however, will be made by the Scientific Committee and the authors will be informed about the form of their presentation by July 2010, with relevant instructions.

Presentation Equipment
Data Projector for Power Point presentations and overhead projector will be avaliable in each meeting room.

Poster Presentations
Poster sizes should not exceed 70 cm width and 90 cm height. A poster number will be assigned to each abstract which will be announced to the first author along with with the day of presentation. Presenters are responsible for setting up and removing the posters.
