Above rates are on “all-inclusive” basis and includes following:

• Open buffet breakfast
• Open buffet lunches
• Open buffet dinners
• All the drinks (local) taken during meals or hotel bars (till 00:00 midnight)
• Drinks at hotel room minibars
• 4 nights accommodation

Please note that above fees are package accommodation fees and require minimum 4 nights stay between 1st of September and 5th of September, 2010. Stays excluding mentioned period will be charged on per night basis in addition to the package fees.

IMPORTANT
Please also note that participants who do not accommodate at congress hotels have to pay 45.-  Euro daily fee for entering the hotel to include coffee breaks, lunch and local drinks to be taken within the hotel premises. This procedure is applied by the hotel and have to be paid to Organizing Secretariat (K2 Conference and Event Management) in advance.

Airport Transfers
It takes 30 minutes to get from Antalya Airport to the congress venue.  The easiest way is to take a taxi at a cost arround 40 Euros. However, regular transfer service can be obtained from the Congress Organizing Secretariat. Those  are private minivans only used for congress participants.  Please indicate your airport transfer request while filling in the hotel reservation form online at the congress web  site. Airport transfers should be ordered and paid in advance.

Reservation
When booking please complete reservation form online (at the congress web site) submit to K2 Congress and Event Management, Istanbul, not later than June 1, 2010. Requests will be accepted therafter, however, hotel accommodation is subject to availability and can not be guaranteed.

Payment Policy
To guarantee your reservation full payment based on package fees is required. Please include either a copy of your bank transfer to our account in Isbank Selamicesme Branch or provide a credit card that we shall debit from. Upon receipt of the payment, each participant will receive a final confirmation with an invoice.

Payment
Payment for hotel reservation can be made by one of the following ways. Please indicate your method of payment on the form online. 

a) By Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Eurocard)
b) By Bank Transfer

Participants who will attend from Iran can transfer the required amount via Bank Mellat to the bank account indicated below.

Cancellation Policy
Accommodation payments less a processing fee of 30 Euro will be refunded if written cancellation is received by K2 Conference and Event Management before June 1, 2010. For cancellations received between June 1 - July 1 2010, Less payment of % 50 will be refunded. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after July 1, 2010.
